Cash Flow Creation

I want to start an LLC.
Where do I get the paper work to do so? (I live in Modesto CA)
People suggest that I get an attorney to draw up the paper work, why?
What kind of attorney do I seek?
Once I form an LLC do I still have to get a business license, permits, fictious name throught the county that I live in, even though the business is an completly based online? (My business does not involve the excvhange of physical goods, but I will charge for advertising space)
Is obtaining an EIN required even though I do not plan to have employees?
Is obtaining an EIN number completly different process?
Also in the future I plan to form several different businesses, for which they will be the registered under sperate LLC’s. How do I manage the revenue for all the companies (assuming that they make revenue). I thought of forming separate LLC to manage the cash flow for all my businesses. This “Money management firm ” will handling all the revenue as far as paying distributing monies for expenses and saleries. Have you ever heard of it being done this way and if not what is the typical done?
