Hi All,
I have to do a project on credit control, basically a very small company has no set procedures for debt collection, and has introduced a simple system for maintaining debt levels, an excel spreadsheet with all the info on there, colour coded for reasons of non payment, room to write comments about what happened when they called to chase the debt etc.
Now they are asking for a detailed cost benefit analysis for implementing this new ’system’, and I have no ideas at all!
Only that the benefit would be reduced bad debt therefore your cash flow would be better, but this isn’t ‘detailed’ enough…..
